Q: Does the price of the inflatable rental include set up and delivery?
A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas outside of our immediate delivery range. We deliver to San Marcos Texas, New Braunfels Texas, Kyle Texas, Buda Texas and surrounding areas (delivery charge may apply depending on area). Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Q: Do you deliver to other cities?
A: Yes, we deliver to Canyon Lake Texas, Seguin Texas, Wimberley Texas, Buda Texas, (as well as San Marcos Texas, Kyle Texas, & New Braunfels Texas). The zip codes that we deliver to include 78666, 78130, 78132, 78640, 78610, 78133, 78155, and 78676. However once again please be aware that due to rising fuel costs and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees may apply. If in doubt, please call our office for a current quote.
Q: When do you set up?
A: That depends on the delivery route that we have that day. Generally we arrive 1/2 hour-3 hours before the inflatable rental time begins. The set up time required varies depending on whether the equipment is a moonbouce, water slide, dry slide, obstacle course, combo etc. is We will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable (jump castles, bouce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, combos etc) the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That is why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Cords longer than 100 feet can trip your circuit breaker.
Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A: We often set inflatables up at parks but some parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park that does not have electrical access, you must provide a generator. We do not rent generators. Most city parks do require a permit from the city(Parks and Recreation Dept.). Additional fees may apply.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: Cash, Check or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Q: What if I need to cancel my inflatable reservation?
A: Please check out our policies page for details.
Q: Do you require a deposit ?
A: A deposit may apply for large events with multiple units.
Q: How large are the inflatables?
A: The area required for bounce houses, jump castles, water slides, combos, obstacle courses, bungee runs, bouncy boxing rings, and inflatable slides varies. Please note the space required for each inflatable (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY large and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked, room for the blower and can not rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatable. The sizes listed with each inflatable include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
Q: What about the large inflatables such as extra large bouce houses, large moonbounces, slides, waterslides, obstacle courses, bouncy boxing, combos, & bungee runs? Any special requirements?
A: Check the requirements listed with each inflatable. Also, make sure you have at least a 4´ access to the area where it will be set up. The inflatables can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We can set inflatables up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks, gravel or sand as the constant rubbing will wear through the inflatable.
Q: Will I receive a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A: Yes. There is a link on your receipt once you have placed your order.
Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc.
